University Grants Commission has updated upon its online application website about the upcoming UGC NET December 2012 examination. Though they have just updated the instruction but the link for new application process is yet to be updated. Examination results of UGC NET held on June 24, 2012 was declared on 19th October and that was first time fully objective examination conducted by the University Grants Commission.
Around 44000 candidates qualified in NET and JRF which seems to be three times more than general candidates qualifying in the UGCNET examination. Highest number of candidates passed in Management streams as they are more used to objective types examination.
Though the application process related link is not yet updated and neither the UGC has advertised in any of national level newspaper but it seems due to updates in their website that they are going to announce about the UGC NET Dec. 2012 examination soon which is likely to held in last week of Dec 2012 i.e. on 30th.
