Airbus which one of the major planemaker is creating around 2500 manufacturing jobs in USA. The company is building a plant in Mobile, Alabama, USA for airliner assembly with investment of $600 millions.
The plant will also create around 500 full time jobs in aviation engineering sector with its completion by 2017.
As per Airbus, the European Planemaker company a new plant for is single aisle A320 passenger jet will be set up in Alabama / USA.
The employment opportunities will be created in first phase for people engaged in manufacturing and related activities. In second phase jobs will be generated in the core sector for Aviation engineering and manufacturing.
Airbus is one of the major planemaker in the world along with Boeing Co.
