UTSW MyChart is online routine communication tools offered by the University of Texas SouthWestern at Dallas. Patients can contact their healt advisors / provider's clinic to comminicate with them about general question or any information about their treatment elctronically. All the questions may not be replied by the physicians but for various information listed below can be accessed by UTSW MyChart login facility.
