University of Kerala Results 2012


Kerala University was established in 1937 as University of Travancore in Thiruvananthapuram. It is a government run and affiliating university and a leading educational institute of Southern India. Many of the colleges in Travancore region which were ealier affiliated to Madras University later came under the jurisdiction of Kerala University [Travancore at that time]. It was renamed in 1957. Now KU has its affiliation in Kollam, Alappuzha, Thiruvananthapuram, Pathanmthitta.

KU Trivandrum has forty one departments and sixteen faculties. More than 80 colleges are affiliated to KU. Educational courses related to Arts, Science, Law, Management, Engineering, Medical, Teachers Training, Ayurveda, Fine Arts, Homeopathy, Music college, Physical Education.
