UGC New Delhi is the main body to control the Higher Education System in India. UGC NET / JRF examination is conducted by the University Grants Commission for lecturership eligibility or research fellowship in various subjects.
Applicants with masters degree in various subjects or those who are in final year may appear in the UGC NET Examination. Application forms for UGC NET / JRF are submitted online via UGC NET website and payment is submitted via Bank challan.
Those who are interested in the NET examination may appear two times in examination in the month of June and December. Those who qualify in the NET exam then he / she becomes eligible for lecturership across India and validity of exam is lifetime for a candidate.
Those who are applying online for NET exam may also downlaod the old exam papers for various subjects. Old question papers specially part II and Part III of UGC NET examination are available on the UGC NET website. One can download the old net exam papers from 2004 to 2010.
