Central Teachers Eligibility Test also known as the CTET examination is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi for the teachers eligibility in the CBSE affiliated schools in India or abroad. Candidates will now need to appear in the CTET examination to have eligibility conditions to become a teacher in the CBSE schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya, JNV, Modal Schools, Army Schools, Central Board affiliated Public schools.
Upcoming CTET examination 2012 is scheduled in the January and candidates who were eligible and interested in the examination have applied online for the CTET. Special website has been develoed by the CBSE for the online application process of the competitive examination. Apply online option was available from the 1st November to 25th November 2011. Candidates would be able to download CTET Admit Card January 2012 examination from the official website.
Simple steps to complete CTET Online application were
- Complete online application form and get registration number
- pay fee through debit card / credit card or demand draft
- take and print out of online application and send the application to designated address at The Assistant Secretary (CTET Unit), Central Board of Secondary Education, 'Shiksha Sadan', 17, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi - 110002
